F.A.Q

1. Do you provide tracking numbers?

Items ship from Canada. Tracking numbers are provided for most orders to Canada and the US. For international orders of the 13" x 19" or smaller, we do not provide tracking numbers, as items will be shipped air mail, unless specifically requested by purchaser (cost will be added to your order). International orders, that include items larger than 13" x 19", are shipped International Parcel. All prints 12" long or smaller are shipped flat via regular mail to all countries without tracking. All originals are tracked and insured.

2. How long does it take for me to get my order?

Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 days of ordering. Shipping times may vary but normally you will receive your package within 2 weeks of shipping. For international orders with a tracking number it can take usually 4-6 weeks.

***UPDATED NOTE: Due to current global pandemic postal slowdowns, deliveries can be delayed greatly. Claims of loss (can occur, though are rare), can not be made until 60 days after product is marked "shipped".***

3. How are your posters shipped?

We take great care in packaging and shipping your print to ensure that it arrives dry and safe. Most items are rolled in kraft paper and shipped in a hard cardboard tube. For those prints that can not be safely rolled, they are shipped in an acid free, archival quality plastic packaging and are shipped flat in a box or envelope.

4. What if my poster is damaged during shipping, can I get a new one?

We will replace posters if damaged during shipping. We request that you send a photo to us of the damaged package so that we can place a complaint with our shipping company. If the poster you ordered happens to be sold out we will replace your poster with any similar valued available poster of your choice or we will refund your order.

5. Will you combine orders?

Because of continued increasing traffic on my store, and the logistics of fulfillment, we are no longer able to combine shipping charges on multiple orders placed at separate times.

6. How do you handle import fees?

International customers (outside of Canada) are responsible for any import fees due upon delivery. All sales final.
